Official Bio
Evelyn K. Ennor is a Toronto-based stress management educator who takes a holistic approach to stress relief and wellness. Her background includes certification as a holistic health educator, yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner.
For nearly 20 years, Evelyn has taught close to 1,000 fact-and-fun-filled workshops about how to manage stress to businesses, government and health services. Participants have ranged from Nike and Indigo Books & Music to CIBC and Ontario Ministry of Health.
Since June 2020, she’s led outdoor classes that combine fitness, stress relief, and social fun for those age 50-plus. The group has attracted local and national media attention.
Her classes offer a unique blend of qigong, breath work, cardio exercises, yoga, stretching, self-massage, and meditation. It’s all about joyful movement set to music and the soothing sounds of nature.
Evelyn (pronounced Eve-lyn) lives with her travel podcaster husband near the best park in Toronto.
The Backstory
Evelyn was diagnosed in the 1990s with a chronic condition called residual stress. Her gradual recovery became a pursuit to learn all she could about stress and wellness. As a result, she started her stress management business so others could benefit from her experience.
